Important Service Disclosure
I coach you to make your own flowers. Through My Flower Coach I don't design, deliver, or assemble your arrangements. You are making your own flowers with guidance, recipes, and stem counts that I provide.
1. Services and Consultations
All consultation bookings are priced at fixed rates: Basic ($35), Deluxe ($65), Premium ($150), Floral SOS ($200), and DIY Flower Party ($299). Video consultations take place remotely. The DIY Flower Party is an in-person teaching workshop offered exclusively in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area (Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Oregon City, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, and Clackamas).
2. Digital Products and Merchandise
Digital downloads (including the Bouquet Recipe Guide, Wedding Flower Planner Pack, and Hand-Tied Bouquet Video Lesson) are for personal use by the purchasing bride or couple only and may not be redistributed or resold. Physical goods such as the Flower Coach Tee are fulfilled according to standard processing times.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your video call or Flower Party, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance so we can transfer your appointment to another open calendar slot.
